5. POPIA COMPLIANCE

Precious Gifts Early Learning Center is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

• Use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, KidKonekt and related services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Internet connectivity issues

• Power interruptions

• System upgrades

• Technical failures beyond the control of the center

Precious Gifts Early Learning Center cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM

KidKonekt is an independent software platform used by Precious Gifts Early Learning Center to assist in delivering childcare services.

While the center uses the platform as part of its operations, certain technical services, hosting, maintenance, and software functionality may be managed by the KidKonekt platform provider.

10. CONSENT

By enrolling a child at Precious Gifts Early Learning Center and using the KidKonekt platform, parents and guardians acknowledge and consent to:

• The use of KidKonekt for daycare administration.

• The electronic processing of personal information.

• Receiving communications through the platform.

• The storage of attendance, educational, and administrative records.

• The use of electronic invoicing and reporting.

• The sharing of child-related information with authorized parents and guardians through the platform.
